If you apply to join our consultant network, we collect the personal and professional details you submit, your CV, a copy of your ID or passport, and an optional photo. We record basic visit statistics (pages viewed, language, referrer, approximate location, device and browser) using a daily-rotating anonymous identifier; we do not use cookies, store visitors' IP addresses, or use advertising trackers.
How We Use It
Contact form messages are used solely to respond to your inquiry and are delivered to our team by an email service (Resend). Applications are used only to consider you for assignments; to help our team review them, a short internal summary is generated by Google Gemini from non-identifying fields only, and your name, contact details, ID, CV and photo are never sent to it. The site and its data are hosted on Railway. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any other third party.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.
